The jacquard swim edit | feat. Triangl

No matter what, I just can’t resist a fresh new ‘kini–even when I am shopping for something else. While on the hunt for some plain white t-shirts a couple weeks ago, I wandered over to Triangl and picked up one of their newest styles: this jacquard two-piece.

I’ve been a huge fan of Triangl since they launched in 2013, and this new suit definitely did not disappoint; in fact, it is one of my favorites yet. I am a huuuuge fan of wearing both pastels and white, and this ‘kini combines the two, so it is definitely a must-have in my swimwear collection.

The bandeau top is surprisingly comfortable–and flattering!–and requires little babysitting (meaning that I don’t have to constantly yank it up). And, unlike most high-waist styles, the cheeky-cut bottoms don’t make me look or feel like I’m wearing a diaper. Overall, this suit makes it easy to move around, but it is also ideal for soaking up the sun.

Because it is Triangl, this ‘kini’s quality just cannot be beat! It is stretchy enough to be comfortable, but the floral pattern doesn’t warp at all when pulled over my curves. The pattern itself is so beautiful and gives the suit a unique texture; you can definitely tell it was stitched with so much attention to detail.

In the past almost all of my Triangl suits have come with a coordinating backpack-style beach bag. Instead, this newbie came with a zipper pouch in a matching solid blue–and so far I’m really liking it! It’s great on its own, but it is also super easy to throw in a bigger bag for a longer stay at the beach or by the pool. Despite its sleek shape, this pouch is big enough to hold tanning oil, SPF, a Balm Dotcom and plenty of reading material
