It has definitely been a hot minute since my last monthly favs post, and I have a *ton* of new things I cannot wait to share with my readers! Monthly favorites posts are, no pun intended, some of my fav posts to read or watch on YouTube, so of course I love making my own, too.

I love trying new things when it comes to fashion, beauty and lifestyle, but the best part is always sharing the MVPs with you, Haute Mess readers! Be sure to let me know what you’ve been loving lately in the comments below. 🙂

Levi’s Wedgie Fit jeans: A couple months ago I finally invested in these bad boys after a similar vintage pair I own kept ripping in the wrong place. (Don’t get me wrong–I love a cheeky tear, but that’s definitely not appropriate for the office.)

As the name suggests, Levi’s Wedgie Fit jeans have the same flattering, booty-hugging fit that vintage jeans do; they feel soft and worn-in, the way pre-loved jeans do *without* the inconvenient tearing. These guys are so versatile and comfortable, I wear them multiple times a week! I definitely need a second pair to add to my rotation, but until then, learn more about why I love them from my recent blog post.

The Rosemilk: To say I am obsessed with this new New York-based label would be a complete understatement! The IG feed is so inspiring. All the pieces are dreamy, high-quality and (most importantly!) wearable. Plus, everything is made in the U.S.! I can’t get enough.

I placed an order from The Rosemilk last week, and–without spilling too many details–I cannot wait to share everything in an upcoming lookbook. Stay tuned!

Inamorata Swim: I am obsessed with all things Em Rata, so of course I had to try a few things from her swimwear line when it dropped! Her style is flawless.

A few weeks ago I posted a sneak peek of my new suits on IG. I picked up the Orpheus set in cheetah, as well as the Leucadia one-piece in red snake. Much like my other two fashion favs this month, both these suits are comfortable, flattering and made in the U.S.!

As a gal with a naturally full bust (especially when compared to my waist), I really love that Inamorata swimwear isn’t padded. Nothing looks more fake or uncomfortable than swimsuits with all that unnecessary padding. When it comes to swim, it’s the skimpier, the better for me.

Summer Friday’s Jet Lag Mask: After seeing several of my fellow Glossier Reps rave about this mask on their blogs and YouTube channels, I decided to try it for myself. I am a total mask junkie, anyway.

All their positive reviews meant that there was a good chance I was going to really enjoy the Jet Lag Mask, but I didn’t expect to be so blown away by it!

First of all, wash-off isn’t required, which is amazing. Most weeknights I am way too tired to get up and wash a mask off (that is, if I even have the energy to put one on in the first place). Jet Lag also has a very, very subtle minty scent and cool feeling, making it so soothing and refreshing in addition to hydrating.

I’ve been using this mask multiple nights a week for weeks now, and the results have been nothing but positive: plump, hydrated skin and reduced redness without any breakouts or that sticky, greasy feeling. A little goes a long way with the Jet Lag mask, so I haven’t even gone through half the tube yet. Can’t wait to keep using it!

Tan-Luxe The Water & The Face: Tan-Luxe created the self-tanners to end all self-tanners. I have been a loyal Saint Tropez girl for years now, but I finally decided to try something new during Sephora’s recent VIB sale.

The Water is an incredibly innovative product. It is completely clear (it seriously looks like water); you spray it on, rub it in with a mitt and, in about four hours, you have a perfectly even, post-vacation tan! I can’t begin to describe how great it is. The best part? It dries almost instantly. Perfect for my busy schedule! It is also hydrating, so there is no need to apply body lotion on top, saving you even more time.

I also picked up The Face, which is just as easy–if not easier–to use. All you have to do is mix a couple drops of this product with your usual moisturizer and apply as usual. It dries as the moisturizer dries, leaving you with a glow-y, never-orange tan in four hours.

Both these products give the skin a build-able, long-lasting bronze that can’t be beat. I haven’t experienced any streaks or discoloration using either of them! Just be sure to wash your hands after application.

BECCA Under Eye Brightening Corrector: My dark circles like to make an appearance several times a week, and sometimes, concealer just isn’t enough to cover them.

The salmony-pink tones in BECCA’s Under Eye Brightening Corrector (I’m in the shade Light/Medium) cancel my dark circles instantly! Both of my go-to concealers (Glossier Stretch and Tarte Shape Tape) apply flawlessly on top, and the results last all day. I will definitely be repurchasing this product when the time comes; it quickly became a staple in my routine!

Gisou Honey-Infused Hair Oil: I finally restocked on this product after going without it for months. My hair definitely missed it! Of course, I loved it the first time around (I did repurchase it, after all), but this oil never made its way to my monthly favorites–until now!

Upon application Gisou’s Hair Oil feels thick and nourishing, but in my hair it feels weightless and absorbs instantly. Every hair oil I’ve tried before this one left a heavy, greasy film on my tresses; Gisou’s never does that. It leaves hair shiny and manageable, nourishes broken or breaking strands and smells heavenly. It is a must-have for all hair types in my opinion.

Glossier Lash Slick: When Glossier‘s first-ever mascara launched earlier this month, the hype was real, so I wrote an entire blog post about it. Instead of boring you here, I’ll link you to my Lash Slick review.

I will say this, though: Lash Slick is 100-percent smudge- and flake-free, even after a long day, a good cry or an allergy attack. It’s insane. And amazing. I have yet to find another mascara that does this–and I’ve tried so many! It is also worth noting here that the comb is thin and precise with bristles that hug every lash, allowing for flawless, mess-free application every single time.

Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb: Okay, so, I know I am way late to the party with this one, but Gloss Bomb still deserves my recognition. It was my lippie of choice pretty much every day this month! I can’t believe I didn’t pick it up sooner.

Rihanna is quite possibly the coolest person to ever exist, so of course I already own a few things from her Fenty Beauty line since it made its initial debut nearly a year ago. But for some reason, I held out on Gloss Bomb (and I’m kind of regretting it).

Not only is the natural pink color so gorgeous, the tiny golden reflects give the lips a delish shine. But the absolute best part of this gloss is definitely the formula! It’s never goopy or messy; it applies evenly with a silky feel that is just so refreshing for a lip gloss!

Freedom Natural Deoderant: Freedom’s natural deodorant line is nothing short of life-changing! Personally, I’ve been reaching for the classic deodorant sticks and the Travel Minis (especially the peach scent). When I made the switch to natural deodorant a year ago, I began using Schmidt’s. Since then, I’ve tried a few different scents, and really like the Rose-Vanilla one. But, a few weeks ago I was running low and in the market for a new deodorant; luckily, I saw Jenah Yamamoto post about how much she loves Freedom!

I thought it was meant to be, so I decided to order a set of Travel Minis. Now I know I don’t want to try another deodorant! Freedom claims to be the “natural deodorant that really works,” and I completely, 100-percent agree. A normal weekday for me consists of a busy schedule at work, an hour commute each way, as well as an intense at-home workout or trip to the gym. Thanks to Freedom, I can go about my day smelling like a peach the whole way through–without any reapplication (or fear of harmful ingredients that lurk in most mainstream deodorant formulas).

HUM Nutrition Raw Beauty Skin & Energy Superfood Powder: So, I’m not sure whether it’s a placebo effect, but this drink mix really works. I am definitely a big believer that your gut health affects your overall health, including your energy levels and your skin’s appearance. And because I don’t drink coffee, I am always on the hunt for safe and effective energy supplements. That’s why I decided to try this Superfood Powder from HUM.

I chose the mint choco chip flavor and mixed it with plain almond milk. The taste definitely is not horrible, but you shouldn’t expect it to taste like a bowl of ice cream, either. Just be sure to mix it thoroughly.

When I drink this mix with breakfast, I feel an instant boost of energy, and I don’t tire as easily or as quickly throughout the day as I usually do. Right now, I don’t know if I will repurchase this (it is pretty pricey when Sephora isn’t having a VIB sale), but I am really happy I tried it and will continue to use it until I run out.

Keller Rose Curve Builder workout: Not going to lie–this workout has been a part of my routine for almost a year now. I’ve always looked up to Katrina Brodsky, the face behind Keller Rose, as a blogger and as a woman in general, so when she shared her pilates-based workout routine with Keller Rose readers, I decided to try it for myself. (I mean, have you seen her bod?)

This is by no means an easy workout, and I definitely don’t recommend it for beginners or those of you who don’t exercise regularly. I’ve been exercising for about five days a week for over six years now, and I was incredibly sore for two days the first time I completed the Curve Builder circuit! It’s so worth it, though! Curve Builder tightens and tones all major muscle groups and really makes you sweat without cardio. (However, I do like to warm up with 10 minutes of jump rope and/or 20 minutes on the stationary bike if I have time.)

Katrina really created the perfect at-home routine for when I am too tired after work to drag myself to the gym or do cardio. I am on my feet *a lot* most days, so an effective yoga-mat based workout is exactly what I need.
